In today’s tough economy, every business needs to save money where they can. One thing that cannot be stressed enough, is the importance of buying a reliable phone system. Many people don’t see the need to spend a couple of extra dollars for something reliable. But think of the lost revenue if your business misses a few calls from potential buyers.
Be sure to do your research when picking a new phone system.

1. The size of your organization
2. The average number of simultaneous incoming and outgoing calls
3. Ease of use
4. Scalability,
5. The cost and availability of features.
There are many manufacturers to choose from. At Data Stream Communications, most of our customers have Polycom, Cisco or Aastra systems. But this is just the tip of the iceberg. Just make sure you are comfortable with what you are buying, even if it costs a little more. It is well worth it to get the phone system that best fits your organization’s needs.
